For the rest of the world and from 200€ of order, free shipping by Fedex and DHL between 3 and 5 working days.

Taxes and customs fees are included for the following countries:

- Europe: EEC member states, United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.
- North America: USA & Canada.
- Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Brunei, Bahrain, Israel.
- Asia: Australia, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia and New Zealand.

For all other countries in the world, taxes and customs are not included in the prices displayed on the site and will be paid by the customer upon delivery of the product.


Return

You have 30 days following receipt of your package to return your items via our interface which will provide you a return label.

Return shipping costs per product are:
- €10 for France (Colissimo), 
- €20 for countries inside the European Union,
- €30 for the rest of the world (DHL). 

We will deduct these return costs from the refund of your order.

Each bag in our collection is distinguished by one of our signature clasps, designed by Ateliers Auguste in Paris and subsequently prototyped and crafted by workshops specialised in luxury leather goods hardware.
Every silhouette requires its own fastening principle. We have therefore developed several clasp designs with distinct mechanisms, all united by a shared aesthetic DNA and a coherent design language.
Our silver-tone clasps are entirely bespoke, crafted from polished stainless steel and finished to achieve a refined, luminous sheen.
Both elegant and distinctive, these signature details create a strong and recognisable identity, bringing a true expression of luxury to the Ateliers Auguste high leather goods collection.

Nos cuir d'exception

The main material used in our creations, our beautiful bovine leather is sourced from some of Italy’s finest tanneries, which have been collaborating with the world’s leading leather goods houses for decades.
For the Gold Edition collection, we have selected a leather with a refined Box finish, offering an even more sophisticated elegance.These tanneries comply with the strictest European regulations (REACH) and are certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG). This ensures outstanding quality, full traceability, and a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.
Our partners carefully select hides that are exclusively sourced as by-products of the food industry. We therefore consciously embrace recycling and durability as part of our commitment to more responsible fashion.
Our creations are available in a wide variety of leather finishes and colours — smooth, grained, embossed or Box. Each finish offers a unique feel and creates its own distinctive emotion. It is up to you to discover the one that resonates most with you.

MADE IN ITALY

Our bags are handcrafted with the utmost precision in the Venetian countryside.The ultra-modern workshops working on the manufacturing of our products are renowned for their unique know-how passed on from generation to generation.

Each leather craftsman is trained for years to achieve excellence under the supervision of master craftsmen.

Leather cutting, slitting, trimming, assembly, sewing, edge dyeing and hot stamping are all steps that require more than four hours of work to produce a unique piece of leather goods from Ateliers Auguste.
